Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der eCommerce-Strategie für die Region DACH & Osteuropa (Amazon, lokale Marktplätze, DTC).

  • Definition von Go-to-Market-Strategien inkl. Markt-/Kundenpriorisierung, Fulfillment-Modellen (FBA/FBM), Preisgestaltung, Produktportfolio und Promotionen.

  • Performance-Steuerung auf Amazon und weiteren Marktplätzen im Einklang mit den regionalen Umsatzzielen.

  • Aufbau und Management von Sylvania-Webshops in Schlüsselmärkten – inklusive Integration, Content, Fulfillment und Customer Experience.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Produktmanagement, IT und Logistik für eine reibungslose Umsetzung.

  • Analyse und Optimierung relevanter eCommerce-Kennzahlen (Traffic, Conversion, Umsatz etc.).

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Marketingkampagnen (SEO, SEA, PPC etc.).

  • Ansprechpartner für alle eCommerce-Themen in der Region; Pflege interner und externer Partnerschaften.

  • Unterstützung bei Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem europäischen eCommerce- und Produktmanagement-Team zur Sicherstellung regionaler Relevanz

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Digital Commerce oder einem verwandten Bereich

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich eCommerce oder digitale Geschäftsprozesse – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Amazon und lokalen Marktplätzen

  • Vertrautheit mit eCommerce-Prozessen in Deutschland und Osteuropa (u. a. Fulfillment, Steuern, rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen)

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Middleware- und Integrationslösungen wie Linnworks oder PlentyMarkets sowie im Management von DTC-Webshops

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung mit eCommerce-KPIs, Analyse- und Reporting-Tools

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und Begeisterung für digitales Wachstum

  • Branchenkenntnisse in Lichttechnik, Smart Products oder Consumer Electronics sind ein großer Vorteil
