Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
The position is available from
March 1, 2026, on a part-time basis (30 hours/week)
for our
Real Estate/Electrical and Building Technology division in Frankfurt am Main
.

What We Offer

  • Scheduling of experts, including appointment coordination
  • Handling customer orders and maintaining the associated database
  • Processing incoming orders, order confirmation, follow-up, and invoicing
  • General administrative office tasks

Your profile

  • Commercial training and several years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP)
  • Confident and friendly manner, structured and independent way of working, and excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
  • German language skills at C1 level
