We are looking for a
Delivery Leader (m/w/d)
who will focus on
strategically growing KPIT's Autonomous Driving (AD) & Chassis business within the European market.

This role is a pivotal leadership position focused on strategically growing KPIT's Autonomous Driving (AD) & Chassis business within the European market. You'll be the primary interface for our key clients and their partners, nurturing strong, trusted relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Simultaneously, you'll lead and mentor a team of talented Architects and Technical Program Managers.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationship & engage with KPIT top clients and their eco system partner companies for achieving trusted partnership in AD
  2. Supervisory responsibility of all front-office members like Architects and Technical Program Managers delivering to European clients
  3. Lead the delivery of selected customer programs, being part of the core delivery leadership program
  4. Proactive connect and governance with Client Senior Management, group leaders and managers on the ongoing programs
  5. Drive the local proposals - creation of Proposals for RFQs and for proactive propositions to the clients
  6. Collaborate with KPIT Practice Technical Experts & Key Account Managers within KPIT to create comprehensive propositions
  7. Responsible for the delivery of customer programs in AD domain for Europe, will be reporting to AD Practice Business Leader
  8. Line Manager for the front office technical staff and all technical program managers in Europe Geography
  9. Part of the core delivery leadership team for one or two key programs critical for future successes
  10. Ensure KPIs are established for all the delivery programs, and the client perception is continually improved through constant governance
  11. Operational review for project contribution (profits), CSATs (customer satisfaction), and fulfillment of positions (revenue leakage) with the Delivery Manager for each project as per plan

Candidate Profile:

  1. 15+ years of experience in automotive engineering, performed technical role at OEM or Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations
  2. Deep understanding of existing & emerging AD product architecture, platforms, and technologies
  3. Ability, Confidence & Expertise to engage with board level at OEMs & Tier1s.
  4. Passionate about solving client problems, creating technical solutions for stated and unstated needs from clients
  5. Aspire to build a strong leadership team at the KPIT Headquarters in Munich
  6. Effective communicator with excellent German and English language proficiency.
