Junior Product Owner

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Product Owner
to join our product team. In this entry-level position, you will work closely with senior product owners, business analysts, and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product features. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing product requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring that features are delivered according to the product roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in defining product features, conducting market research, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and participating in sprint planning sessions. You will help ensure that product features meet customer needs and align with business goals. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility in managing the product backlog and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and customers.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Product Owner (Manager)

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner (Manager)
to lead and manage the product development process for one or more product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and managing the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, design, and sales, to ensure that product development aligns with both customer needs and business goals.

Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing customer feedback, defining product requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality product features. You will own the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that products meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will also be involved in setting strategic goals, managing resources, and mentoring junior product owners or associates on the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and product management processes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing stakeholder needs.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align product goals with business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and business challenges to inform product decisions.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members is a plus.
