Role Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior / Associate Project Manager
to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Working closely with senior project managers, you will assist in coordinating resources, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Your responsibilities will include organizing project documentation, assisting with scheduling and timelines, monitoring project milestones, and tracking deliverables. You will also support risk management activities, ensuring potential issues are identified and addressed promptly. This role provides a great opportunity to develop your project management skills, learn about various industries, and contribute to the success of key projects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop project management skills.
