AI & Machine Learning Engineer (m/w/d)

DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Datenplattform (Azure/Databricks)
  • Entwicklung von innovativen KI-Lösungen inkl. LLMs, RAGs und Prognosemodellen
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr MLOps, Infrastruktur und Produktivsetzung von Modellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Mentorentätigkeit und Raum fĂĽr eigene Ideen

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit klassischen KI-Modellen (XGBoost, Random Forest, Neuronale Netze), LLMs, RAGs und Agenten
  • Sicher im Design, Betrieb und MLOps von KI/ML-Anwendungen
  • Optional: Erfahrung in ETL-Pipelines mit Python, SQL oder Spark sowie Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Functions, Databricks, SQL Server, DevOps)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in agilen, cross-funktionalen Projekten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung als Mentor:in oder Lead
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
