The Role

We're seeking a
Software Engineer with experience in AI to join as AI Founding Engineer
with deep AI theoretical knowledge to join our mission in Hamburg. This is a unique opportunity to shape an innovative product and drive strategic direction.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an expert in coding, cloud infrastructure, pipelines, security—our team has that covered. Instead, we're looking for a passionate scientist, even at the first professional experience, ideally with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, who thrives on pushing boundaries.

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Deep Learning
    : Proficiency in neural networks, particularly large language models (LLMs) like transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5). Strong understanding of attention mechanisms, embeddings, and sequence modeling.
  • Reinforcement Learning
    : Experience with model fine-tuning, including reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) to optimize user-aligned responses.
  • Model Optimization
    : Knowledge of techniques like quantization, pruning, and efficient fine-tuning to ensure scalable, high-performance models.
