The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial
Account Manager South Germany
to drive growth and strengthen our wholesale presence in this key market. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Germany, you will manage and develop the independent account business.
Key Responsibilities
- Wholesale Growth
: Build and execute the Southern Germany wholesale business in line with European ambitions. - Account Development
: Identify and develop the independent and regional key account business. - Market Expansion
: This role will have a strong emphasis on identifying unlocking new opportunities across premium retailers. - Brand Advocacy
: Ensure the brand's values—authenticity, comfort, and natural innovation—are consistently represented in Germany. - Performance
: Deliver on sales and profitability targets while providing regular market insights.

Profile We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of wholesale management experience within the
fashion or footwear industry
in Germany.
This is a must. - Strong track record in
managing and
developing new business. - Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in
German and English
.
