Global Workplace Manager (m/f/d)

As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Global Workplace Manager who will oversee all our workplace operations worldwide, ensuring every office is safe, inspiring, and designed to support people doing their best work.

In this role, you'll own the global workplace experience — from compliance and safety to employee engagement and events. You'll act as a bridge between teams such as Finance, IT, and People & Culture, making sure our spaces are aligned with company needs while fostering a strong sense of belonging across all locations. With one direct report, you'll also help build and lead a small but mighty team dedicated to creating workplace excellence.

You will:

• Manage global workplace operations, ensuring all offices are welcoming, functional, and aligned with business needs
• Oversee compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and workplace certifications across multiple regions
• Partner with People & Culture to deliver a consistent employee experience, supporting onboarding, engagement initiatives, and company-wide events
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to ensure seamless operations, cost-efficiency, and resource alignment
• Lead vendor and service provider relationships globally, negotiating contracts to achieve quality, compliance, and value
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee well-being, connection, and engagement across offices
• Develop and implement workplace policies, processes, and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance at scale

The next Moonfarian:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Workplace, Office, or Facilities Management, ideally with multi-site or global responsibilities
• Strong understanding of workplace compliance, health & safety, and regulatory frameworks across different regions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; basic written and verbal communication skills in German required
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, Finance, People & Culture, Legal) to deliver integrated workplace solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and global operations with attention to both detail and big-picture strategy
• Proven track record of driving employee engagement, community-building, and workplace experience initiatives
• Highly organised and proactive, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A people-first mindset — you genuinely care about building environments where employees feel supported, connected, and inspired
• Previous management experience, with the ability to coach and empower team members
