Technical Engineer (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung von Supportaufträgen unserer Kunden im 2nd Level
  • Selbständige Remote-Administration von Kundensystemen mit hoher Eigenverantwortung zur Fehleranalyse und -behebung
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung von System-Updates in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden (für diverse Technologien sowie u.a. unsere eigene Krankenhaus-Informationssystem Orbis)
  • Durchführung von Kundenschulungen (online)
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • Darüber hinaus hast du ebenfalls fundierte Kenntnisse in einigen der folgenden Bereiche (oder die Motivation sich entsprechend einzuarbeiten): Unix, Windows, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, Storagesysteme, Clustertechnologien
  • Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Kunden zeichnen dich aus
  • Du agierst stets kunden- und service-orientiert
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbständig und zielgerichtet
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Belastbarkeit zählst du zu deinen Stärken
  • Du bist bereit zur Übernahme von gelegentlichen Rufbereitschaftsdiensten in einer 24x7-Hotline
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
