Senior Manager Business Development – Healthcare (f/m/d)

Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Business
Development Manager to lead growth in our Health Care vertical
across Central Europe. This role focuses on acquiring new
customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving commercial
excellence in a complex, trust-based logistics environment. You
will lead by example, manage a small team, and collaborate across
functions to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business and renewals in the Health Care sector,
    leveraging your network and book of business.
  • Lead commercial strategy, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and
    understand their strategic, operational, and financial needs.
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline, exceeding financial
    targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to deliver
    integrated solutions.
  • Act as a commercial leader and mentor within the
    organization.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, ideally with
    Health Care expertise.
  • Proven success in value-based selling and managing complex
    deals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking
    skills.
  • Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel 30–60%.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
