Overall Purpose of Role
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer specialising in React with 5+ years of professional experience. You will take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications. Beyond coding, you'll set best practices, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences

- Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles.
- Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility.
- Testing experience: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
- Experience with Mantine UI library.
- Experience with Zustand for state management.
- Familiarity with React Query and Axios.
- 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 5 years focused on React in large-scale applications.
- Track record of building and deploying production-grade React applications.
- Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri (GMT).
15 days holiday per year.
You work as a contractor and are responsible for your own tax.
You need a min 20 MB broadband line, and your own PC/Laptop and headset.
