The Corporate Solutions (CS) Market Offering Lead is a senior-level role responsible for identifying, creating and maintaining of CS market offerings that serve as foundational building blocks for comprehensive cybersecurity solutions sold and delivered by CS .
Job Description
This role demands a good understanding of customer problems, the ability to identify common solution components, and the capacity to define these components as market offerings working closely with solution architects.
The CS Market Offering Lead will collaborate closely with customer-facing teams and the delivery organization to enable faster solution deployment, improved efficiency, and focused sales efforts. This role is critical for driving the creation and delivery of market offerings that enhance the company's cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers and remain competitive in the market.
What does the role entail?
Market Offering Development
- Lead the creation and management of market offerings as foundational building blocks for comprehensive cybersecurity solutions sold and delivered by CS.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, technological trends, and customer needs and competitive offerings as well as understanding how CS solutions combined with ESET standard offerings and core technologies could deliver customer value.
- Work closely with customer facing teams to understand customer and market trends.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete lifecycle of market offerings, from inception to end-of-life, including knowledge concentration, documentation and readiness of required reusable marketing / market facing materials
- Maintain and update market offerings, ensuring they reflect the latest market demands and technological advancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand and address customer problems.
- Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure deliverability and successful implementation and deployment of market offerings.
- Drive cooperation with Technology Division and standard product managers and key stakeholders across the company to achieve market offerings targets.
Process Improvement
- Actively use and improve market offerings management processes and frameworks.
- Propose and implement optimizations to existing processes and systems to enhance cross-team collaboration and product quality.
Required skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in customer offerings, product management or a similar role within or outside the company.
- Proven ability to manage all stages of the market offering/ product lifecycle autonomously
- Extensive experience working in teams with excellent communication and presentation skills (and the ability to present at market facing events)
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and make data-driven product decisions.
- Good knowledge of the cybersecurity domain and market trends.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
- Professional certifications in product management or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in English
