Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements to help drive improvements in processes, products, and services. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure that business needs are met and translate those needs into clear, actionable insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting data analysis, documenting requirements, and developing reports and presentations to communicate findings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and help implement changes that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing business cases and process models to support decision-making.
  • Creating and presenting reports, dashboards, and presentations for business leaders.
  • Collaborating with IT and development teams to implement solutions.
  • Assisting in project management and ensuring requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitoring business processes and recommending optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
