Role Description

We are looking for passionate and proactive Product Owners (Junior and Manager levels) to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in guiding the development of our products from concept to delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product vision, and ensure customer needs are met through innovative solutions. In both roles, you'll be responsible for managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Junior Product Owner will focus on learning the ropes, supporting senior team members, and managing smaller tasks. The Manager level will take on greater responsibility in leading product strategy, optimizing workflows, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

For both positions, we seek individuals with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and an ability to communicate effectively across teams. The Junior Product Owner should have an eagerness to learn and an understanding of basic product development processes. For the Manager role, we expect solid leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence product direction. Both positions require adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
