Role Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Owner to manage the development and delivery of high-quality products. Whether at the junior or manager level, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, gathering and prioritizing customer feedback, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will also involve communicating product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, and continuously optimizing product performance based on data and user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation and improving user experience.
  • At the
    manager level
    , experience leading product teams and driving cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
