Role Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Product Owner (Junior & Manager) to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business leaders, to define product features and ensure that projects are executed effectively and on time. Your role will involve understanding market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements to prioritize and maintain a clear product roadmap.

You will play a crucial role in product planning, including defining user stories, setting priorities, and managing product backlogs. You'll act as the bridge between the business and development teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our products by ensuring they deliver real value to customers and meet business outcomes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You should be detail-oriented with a solid understanding of product development processes and methodologies. As a Junior Product Owner, you should be eager to learn and grow, with the ability to work under guidance while taking ownership of specific tasks. As a Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership capabilities, managing a product team and mentoring junior members.

  • The ability to prioritize, solve problems creatively, and make data-driven decisions is essential. A strong understanding of agile methodologies, user-centered design, and product life cycle management will help you succeed in this role. An analytical mindset, combined with an ability to clearly articulate the product vision, will allow you to make key decisions and drive the product forward.
