For our department Compliance, Sales Partner and Trade Affairs we are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible:
Your responsibilities:You will further develop our Compliance Management System, with a focus on Anti-Bribery & Corruption and AntitrustYou will independently conduct risk assessments, random analyses, and focus audits, and prepare reports and guidelinesYou will implement and manage the (Social) Compliance Management System in coordination with stakeholders from G+D Currency Technology and the G+D GroupYou will advise and support the Chief Compliance Officer regarding legal requirements and 'golden' standards and implement theseYour profile:
You have a completed Master degree in law, economics, political science or a comparable qualificationYou have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance and in dealing with commission-based business partnersYou possess very strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a self-reliant, solution-oriented and structured approach to workYou are able to present complex issues in a simplified mannerYour excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate very well within the team You have excellent English language skills; German is an advantage.
