For our department Compliance, Sales Partner and Traide Affairswe are looking for a
Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d)
as soon as possible:

Your responsibilities:

  • You will further develop our Compliance Management System, with a focus on Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Antitrust
  • You will independently conduct risk assessments, random analyses, and focus audits, and prepare reports and guidelines
  • You will implement and manage the (Social) Compliance Management System in coordination with stakeholders from G+D Currency Technology and the G+D Group
  • You will advise and support the Chief Compliance Officer regarding legal requirements and 'golden' standards and implement these

Your profile:

  • You have a completed Master degree in law, economics, political science, sociology, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance and in dealing with commission-based business partners
  • Experience in the field of CSR and knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements in the area of human rights are an advantage
  • You possess very strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a self-reliant, solution-oriented and structured approach to work
  • You are able to present complex issues in a simplified manner
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate very well within the team
  • You have very good German and confident English language skills
