Deine Mission: Gemeinsam Strukturen aufbauen, die unser Wachstum tragen und gleichzeitig dafür sorgen, dass das Tagesgeschäft läuft.
Diese Schlüsselposition ist ideal für analytische Talente mit Investmentbanking-Hintergrund und einer starken Hands-on-Mentalität. Wenn Du Prozesse bauen, die Fäden im Hintergrund zusammenhalten und unser Wachstum operativ ermöglichen willst, bist Du bei uns genau richtig.
AufgabenAls Founder's Associate übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle mit einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum, das strategische Analysen mit tiefen operativen Herausforderungen verbindet. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Strategische Steuerung & Reporting: Du erstellst entscheidungsrelevante Reportings und Analysen für den Gründer und das Investor Reporting. Deine Arbeit liefert die datenbasierte Grundlage für die Unternehmensführung.
- Prozess- und Strukturentwicklung: Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Skalierung von schlanken Prozessen und Strukturen in den Bereichen Operations, Finance und HR.
- Finance & Controlling: Du übernimmst wichtige operative Finance-Aufgaben, inklusive Controlling, Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Unterstützung bei Budgetierungsthemen.
- HR-Themen & Culture: Du gestaltest initiale HR-Prozesse, von der Vertragserstellung über das Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen bis hin zur Implementierung erster Culture-Initiativen.
- Operations & Daily Business: Du stellst sicher, dass das Tagesgeschäft reibungslos läuft – von der Koordination übergreifender Projekte bis hin zu administrativen Office-Themen.
Du bist die rechte Hand des Gründers und hältst die Fäden im Hintergrund zusammen.
QualifikationWir suchen Dich, wenn Du folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllst:
- Hintergrund: Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Investmentbanking (z.B. als Analyst), im Consulting oder einer vergleichbar, analytisch getriebenen Rolle gesammelt.
- Mindset: Du bist hochmotiviert, pragmatisch und packst selbst an. Du hast eine ausgeprägte Macher-Mentalität, denkst unternehmerisch und willst Dinge einfach machen und umsetzen.
- Fähigkeiten: Du bist hochorganisiert, arbeitest analytisch stark und lernst extrem schnell. Du hast Freude an Zahlen und am Aufbau von Strukturen.
- Sprachen: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift).
- Tools: Exzellente Excel-Skills und die Begeisterung für analytische Arbeit zeichnen Dich aus.
- Bonus: Erste Erfahrung im Startup-Umfeld, in Finance, HR oder im Office-Management ist ein Plus.
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit einem Unicorn-Gründer: Du arbeitest unmittelbar mit dem Gründer zusammen, der bereits Grover von 0 bis zum Unicorn aufgebaut hat.
