About the role

As a Founders Associate intern, you are entrusted with significant responsibilities and ownership from the outset. You will learn about everything that matters in an early-stage startup while managing special initiatives across the entire organisation. You will work directly with experienced founders and managers as well as with the most known superstars of our generation.

You'll work closely with Jonas, one of our co-founders. In partnership with him, you'll engage in specialized task forces predominantly covering operations, finance, supply chain, as well as data and technology departments, gaining a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact on our rapidly expanding company. Your role is critical—you'll lead crucial projects, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, cementing your position as a vital contributor to the company's growth and success.

What you will do:
  • Project management: You will work on various important projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Strategic & financial analyses: You will conduct financial and strategic analyses with Jonas and our finance department on a regular basis.
  • Operational efficiency improvements: You will dive into operations - one of our companies core departments - seeking for process improvements to further increase our operation's efficiency
  • Presentation preparations: You will directly support the C-Level with preparing presentations for external stakeholders
  • Playbook set-up: As a Founders Associate intern, you will implement and improve operational processes across the entire organisation. Enabling us to scale our business.
  • Operational assistance: You will help managing day-to-day operations of our operations, tech, finance and supply chain teams.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You are solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.
About you

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have great communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Are a business school student with an finance or supply chain background
  • Hold 2 years experience in high paced start-up, investment banking or consulting
  • Have experience in working with Google Suite products, specifically Google Sheets
  • Are motivated to execute and own interesting projects, show exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Have prior internships/work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Are highly motivated to build a start-up from the ground up
  • Have a hands-on mentality and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Apply critical thinking to evaluate the best potential outcomes
