You will operate at the core of that transformation.The roleAs a Founders Associate, you work directly with the founders and sit at the center of everything we build in our Berlin HQ. We have built a roll-up that reached unicorn valuation before (raised $400M in equity; >100 M&A transactions) and are again backed by top-tier investors. You will own high-urgency projects across M&A, operations, product, finance, and venture development.This role is for someone who wants to build in a no-bullshit environment, learn fast, switch contexts quickly, and deliver tangible results. A fast learner who is smart, analytical and hands on at the same time. You will help shape how we acquire firms, how we operate them, and how we scale limetax into a category-defining professional services group.
