  • In our global business field "Emergency & Rescue Services" you are responsible for introduction, market success, growth and profitabiliy of our area "Defence & Security" for a dedicated region/ dedicated regions.
  • You manage the interface between our global organization and the countries/regions for the area "Defence & Security".
  • You work on strategic topics as well as marketing mix for the product family to secure profitability and sutainable market success.
  • You are responsible to compile, initiate and execute measures to improve growth and profitability together with the relevant functions / countries.
  • You ensure knowledge transfer and provide target group specific know-how.
  • The jobholder does not necessarily work in Lübeck. The position may be allocated in one of our subsidiaries abroad (e.g. UK).

Das bringen Sie mit

  • You have successfully completed a university degree (e.g. business economics, industrial engineering) and gained multi-annual job-related professional work experience in an international environment (Marketing, Sales). Job experience in a military Defence Specific Industry surrounding would be beneficial.
  • Conceptional, strategic and analytic skills characterize you.
  • You convince with your communication skills, assertiveness, proactivity, are able to deal with complexity and you your English is business fluent.
  • In case the job will be allocated in Lübeck additionally knowledge of the German language/ willingness to learn the German language will be a prerequisite.
