Founder's Associate Intern

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work on high-priority projects across operations and sales. Think of it as being the right hand to the CEO, solving real problems, owning core processes and helping scale the business from the inside out.
This is a rare opportunity to operate like a founder inside a fast-growing company. The work is demanding, but in return, you get a front-row seat to how startups are built and scaled. This is a great role for someone that is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal hand holding. You can expect a high level of responsibility, ownership and a clear path towards a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Building a startup means rolling up your sleeves and jumping into whatever the day brings. You'll support the founders and work across multiple functions. No two days will be the same. Here are some examples of the responsibilities:
Customer Operations: - Manage customer onboarding flows, including KYC and account setup - Coordinate card production & shipping with clear timelines and communication - Handle customer requests and operational issues with accurate, timely solutions
Reporting & Data Analysis: - Prepare customer statements, invoices, month-end reports with reliability - Reconcile data across our processor, bank accounts, and internal systems to ensure financial integrity. - Flag any discrepancies and work with team to resolve issues
Sales Enablement: - Support sales campaigns by building targeted lead lists, trying new sequences and preparing materials (presentations, PDFs, case studies, media, etc.) - Own the CRM end-to-end, ensuring all data is accurate, complete and consistently up to date - Track pipeline and identify where follow-ups or actions are missing
Content & Communications: - Contribute to social posts, blog updates and marketing content - Assist with newsletters and routine customer communications - Prepare resources such as product guides and FAQs.
Requirements:

We think customers first and so should you.  - You are deeply organized. Tasks, files and notes clean and up to date. - You have extreme attention to detail and can spot mistakes others miss. - You are strong in PowerPoint and Excel. - You are comfortable with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, etc.) - You are available for at least 3 months and intend to go full-time - You are fluent in English and one more European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian are a plus) - Importantly… you bring good energy and are positive, respectful, fun to work with
