Tekkr's mission is to empower tech teams and their leaders to achieve their full potential Join Tekkr and become a positive multiplier for techies across the globe As a Founder Associate Intern, you will play a pivotal role as one of Tekkr's early employees, contributing to building the company from the ground up. You will have the exciting opportunity to join a customer-oriented tech startup, collaborate closely with the founder (Philipp Römer, former VP of Product at the successful tech unicorn forto), and contribute to shaping the company's culture, product, and vision in a unique way. Since we are early-stage, you will wear many hats, engage customers, dive into product development and operations, iterate and repeat :)TasksYou'll be at the forefront of shaping Tekkr's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You'll work directly with the founding team to refine our positioning, craft content that resonates with startup leaders, and run experiments to find repeatable go-to-market motions. We learn super-fast, iterate very quickly and need your help to experiment our way to a repeatable GTM strategy. In particular, you'll shape Tekkr's early GTM strategy, from positioning to outreachCraft high-quality content: case studies, founder posts, videos, and white papersDrive personalized outreach to top-tier startup founders and VCsBuild credibility by amplifying success stories with our early customersTrack and analyze campaign performance to inform future GTM decisionsRequirementsBachelor or Master's degree in business (or related).
