Responsibilities

• Help us provide our employees with the best possible office experience.
• Office organization: handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies and beverage orders, and coordinating with external service providers such as building cleaning services.
• Take responsibility for various general office-related tasks and support facility management.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Business Administration, Office Management, Tourism/Event Management, or a comparable discipline.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills combined with a structured working style.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently when required.

What we offer

• Contract location would be Munich, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
