We are looking for a working student in Vendor Management to support our International Key Accounts department in zooplus. As a Working Student you will play a crucial role to establish and maintain effective relationships between our organization and external vendors.
By working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will support us on 4 main pillars: assortment, promotion/marketing, and reporting.

As a Working Student, you will be involved in:

- Supporting the execution of a promotion and marketing calendar based on vendors objectives and the company's overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor marketing and promotional implementations in stores and communicate with shops quickly in case of missing/wrong implementations.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of promotion and marketing activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Suggesting recommendations for improvement based on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Providing monthly data reporting and basic digital insights.
- Reviewing product listings and identifying gaps in vendor product offerings.
- Support in basic logístical tasks.
- Check market trends and activations.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled as a student for at least six more months (working towards a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to structure and handle multiple topics at the same time
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
