Vom vollautomatischen Logistikzentrum in Leipzig beliefert Future Electronics mit ca. 220 Mitarbeitern im Mehrschicht-System alle Kunden in Europa, im Mittleren Osten und Afrika. Seit April 2024 gehört Future Electronics zu WT Microelectronics Gruppe und damit entstand der weltweit größte Distributor für elektronische Baukomponenten.

Deine Aufgaben – verantwortungsvoll und vielseitig

  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Import-, Export- und Zolldokumenten
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Prozessdokumentationen und Datenbanken im Bereich Außenwirtschaft und Zoll
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Abstimmung mit Zollbehörden
  • Überwachung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen (Import, Export, Zoll, Transport/ADR) und Umsetzung in unsere Prozesse
  • Coaching und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams im Hinblick auf bestehende Abläufe
  • Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Zollämtern, Behörden, Kunden und Lieferanten – weltweit
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Reportings
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie proaktive Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Export- und Import-Sendungen
  • Sicherstellung aktueller Prozess-, System- und Zollkenntnisse für rechtssicheres Arbeiten

Das bringst Du mit - Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Außenwirtschaft/Zoll/Spedition
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Transport, Versandabwicklung, Zoll und Außenwirtschaft
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung sowie gute Kenntnisse in der ATLAS-Software
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Warehouse-Management-Systemen
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an Kommunikation und proaktivem Gestalten
