We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join a leading organisation in the Medical Device sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring global trade operations are compliant, efficient, and strategically aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) for export compliance and regulatory screening
  • Assigning HTS classifications, ECCNs, FDA import codes, and country of origin data
  • Coordinating import/export activities with logistics and customs brokers
  • Auditing customs transactions and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve operational processes and reporting
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in trade regulations including HTS, Origin, FTAs
  • Delivering compliance training and conducting risk assessments
  • Driving data analysis to support decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities

Further Details:

  • 3-5 Years experience in Trade Compliance or Relevant Sector
  • German Speaking
  • 2-3 days on site in Leipzig
  • 12 Month Contract
