Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Begleitung des Managements und der Business Units bei strategischen und kulturellen Veränderungen
  • Als Change Agent sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Moderation und Begleitung von Workshops, Dialogen und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Umsetzung von Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen (Strukturen, Prozesse, moderne Arbeitsweisen, Digitalisierung)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Marketing, Strategie und der Geschäftsleitung zur Stärkung der bereichsübergreifenden Kooperation
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Innovationsevents und Change-Veranstaltungen
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen und Wissenstransfer zur Weiterentwicklung von NKD

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Kommunikation, Change- oder Organisationsentwicklung, BWL, (Sozial-)Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in Veränderungsprozessen und Organisationsentwicklung, vorzugsweise im Textil- oder Einzelhandel
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Resilienz und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an kreativer, proaktiver Zusammenarbeit
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Gespür für Menschen in Veränderungssituationen
  • Sicher im Umgang mit agilen Methoden und KI-Tools
  • Organisationstalent sowie Erfahrung im Event- und Projektmanagement von Vorteil
