Country Manager

In your career, you have successfully communicated with the stakeholders on multiple levels. You are very comfortable with showing initiative and translating complex issues to action-able items and motivate a team to complete these actions.

In this role you report to the CEO of MAG45. This interesting role gives you to chance to showcase the best in you and deliver results in several aspects of our complex business proposition. Your responsibilities can be grouped in three pillars:

Manage local operations in hub and at customer sites

The Country Manager is responsible for the local operations in Germany. You have a P&L responsibility. Your main goal is to run daily operations which takes place in the main MAG45 hub in Neusaß and other customer sites. You coach the MAG45 team to achieve operational excellence and act as the champion for operational improvements.

Project Management

In this role you are the face of MAG45 in the local setting while implementing and expanding MAG45 business and services. You achieve this goal with close cooperation with the Commercial team based at the HQ. Together with this team, you are creating the change by introducing the customer to the new way of working with MAG45. You constantly monitor business case and update in case of major changes.

Account Management

You represent MAG45 within local customer accounts, making sure the customer is satisfied and our good reputation is in place. You are in regular contact with key decision makers within the customer account, you develop the scope on existing products and services within the named key accounts and expand to new sites of the key account.

You achieve this goal in close alignment with Key Account Managers.

The ideal candidate has:

• A university level of education, knowledge and experience

• At least 4-7 years of experience in an international environment with relevant supply chain management and process management experience on industry level

• Experience with working in a multidisciplinary and multinational environment

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• A proven track record of managing stakeholders at multiple levels and managing (project) teams.
