Stellenbeschreibung
  • Internationale und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: als Global Travel Manager sind Sie Teil der Keenfinity Gruppe und wirken damit in einem in über 50 Ländern tätigen und global vernetzten Team von etwa 4300 Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit.
  • Sie betreuen das konzernweite Travel-Management, steuern unseren globalen Serviceprovider und sind Ansprechpartner*in für relevante Schnittstellen.
  • Zudem überwachen Sie die Einhaltung unserer Reiserichtlinie und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter – unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Nutzerfreundlichkeit, Nachhaltigkeit und aktuellen Entwicklungen.
  • Sie analysieren die durchgeführten Geschäftsreisen, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und setzen entsprechende Weiterentwicklungen um.
  • Darüber hinaus stellen Sie sicher, dass die Geschäftsreisen den geltenden Compliance-Richtlinien entsprechen und unterstützen die Erreichung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsziele und Sicherheitsstandards.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: mehrjährige und umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Travel und Expense Management, idealerweise in einem global agierenden Unternehmen; Transformations-/Implementierungserfahrung; fundiertes Wissen über globale Geschäftsreiseprozesse und -trends; Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und im Umgang mit Travel-Tools
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, hohe Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  • Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
