The Manager Tender Solutions South (m/w/d) is responsible for driving the activities of the Tender Team in the Southern Region of Germany. This position is part of the German Leadership Team and will be working from Home-Office and customer side (on the road).

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the assigned employees
- Supporting our customers and colleagues with difficult technical questions relating to RTC and related products
- Finding, developing, managing, and completing projects in collaboration with the sales force
- Supporting, independently organizing, and holding customer events
- Giving specialist presentations at industry events
- Ensure a positive, challenging work environment that recognizes good performance and addresses improvement needs
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Solid, progressive sales or marketing experience with a strong sense of driving commercial growth and margins
- Process orientation with a proven track record of profitable growth.
- Strategic ability to analyze markets and competitive companies while developing and executing successful sales strategies with the team
- Ambition to exceed goals and continuously learn and improve both himself/herself and the business he/she is assigned and his/her people
- Willingness to travel
- Very good English skills, fluent in German
