To strengthen our team, we are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for breakfast service in our POTS restaurant on a full-time basis.

This is what your day will look like:

• Service-oriented support and advice for guests during breakfast service
• Preparation of the daily mise en place
• Setting up and clearing away the breakfast buffet
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the department
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP
• Ensuring that all The Ritz-Carlton standards are implemented

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant or hotel specialist (m/f/d) desirable
• Initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy an advantage
• Passionate host
• Enjoy working in an international team
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Enthusiastic about advising international guests and creating special moments
• Very well-groomed appearance
• Desire for further development
