l lead the entire recruiting journe
y, from the very first contact to onboarding, while ensuring our tools and data are always accurate and reliable. With your structured approach and eye for detail, you support our Staffing Lead and delivery teams, helping them plan ahead and focus on what matters most: delivering great work for our clients.

What you´ll do

• Own the entire recruiting journey
  – from first contact to onboarding – and make it a smooth, positive experience for applicants and hiring managers
• Support the Staffing Lead and delivery teams
  with clear daily and weekly overviews that help everyone plan ahead and stay on track
• Coordinate and prioritize hiring activities
  in line with capacity needs, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right
  time
• Keep our ATS running
  smoothly and use LinkedIn and other platforms to attract and engage great talent
• Maintain accurate staffing data
  and planning tools as a solid foundation for smart, fast decisions
• Share updates and insights
  proactively, turning data into clear information for colleagues and managers
• Communicate availability, absences, and staffing updates
  transparently to keep operations flowing
• Manage freelancer hiring
  and onboarding with care, ensuring they feel supported and included from day one

• Clear and confident commun
  ication - You have natural people skills and sharp stakeholder management, you know how to get busy minds aligned and keep things moving. You're approachable, persuasive, and always manage to get the answers you need, even from the C-suite. (English is a must)
• Experience with Personio
  (min. 2 years) - You are already familiar with Personio Recruiting feature and can put it to good use right away
• Hands-on, practical mindset
• You like things to run efficiently and reliably, and you know the value of good data for smart decisions
• Great organizational
  skills - You feel at home juggling different priorities and keeping processes flowing without
  stress
• Helpful, service-oriented attitude
