You make sure that recruiting feels smooth and transparent for applicants and hiring managers alike – and that our teams are set up for success through smart staffing decisions.
You'll guide the entire recruiting journey, from the very first contact to onboarding, while ensuring our tools and data are always accurate and reliable. With your structured approach and eye for detail, you support our Staffing Lead and delivery teams, helping them plan ahead and focus on what matters most: delivering great work for our clients.

- Own the entire recruiting journey– from first contact to onboarding – and make it a smooth, positive experience for applicants and hiring managers
- Support the Staffing Lead and delivery teamswith clear daily and weekly overviews that help everyoneplan aheadand stay on track
- Coordinate and prioritize hiring activitiesin line with capacity needs, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Keep our ATS running smoothlyand use LinkedIn and other platforms to attract and engagegreat talent
- Maintainaccuratestaffing dataand planning tools as a solid foundation for smart, fast decisions
- Share updates and insights proactively,turning data into clear information for colleagues and managers
- Communicate availability, absences, and staffing updatestransparently to keep operations flowing
- Manage freelancer hiringand onboarding with care, ensuring they feel supported and included from day one
- Enthusiasm for recruiting & staffing- You enjoy connecting people with opportunities and making the candidate journeya great experiencefor everyone
- Clear and confident communication- You have natural people skills and sharp stakeholdermanagement,you know how to get busy minds aligned and keep things moving.You'reapproachable, persuasive, and always manage to get the answers you need, even from the C-suite. (English isa must)
