The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant in the heart of Berlin is an urban oasis of relaxation, creativity, togetherness and enjoyment. Founded and run by Nadine and Tom Michelberger. The Michelberger includes a regenerative farm in the Spreewald with a guest house, the ORA restaurant, the MXPSM spirits factory, the PEOPLE Festival and the Fountain of Youth coconut water.
Our restaurant & Bar spaces are the heart of our hotel. They serve as a breakfast room, lunch area, dinner salon, wine bar, café, event room and music venue. As in all areas of the hotel, we attach great importance to carefully sourced organic products and excellent service.
As a 'service professional,' you will ensure that service runs smoothly during your shift in the restaurant.
We are looking for you on a part-time basis, starting immediately.
You should be willing to work on Christmas Day or New Year's Eve.
- Service shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, in exceptional cases also Sunday and Monday
- Compliance with service standards
- Cooperation with employees in the bar, event service and kitchen
- Great enjoyment of team leadership and teamwork
- Professional and friendly manner when dealing with guests and colleagues
- A born host
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience
- Willingness to work weekends
- German an advantage & fluent English
