Job Description:

Converting contractor position (X55786) to permanent.

1) Managing all administrative tasks in the Garching office: 

- Front desk reception services

- Office logistics (supplies, contracts)

- Mail & Deliveries (in- and outbound) 

- Meeting organization

- Vendor and landlord communication 

- Site communication and coordination of site activities (town halls, H&S briefings, internal/external training events)

2) Administrative support for the Sales & Marketing team

- Administrative support of leadership team. Organization of follow-ups, consolidation and preparation of data

- Organization and support at team meetings, external events, workshops (also across locations)

Requirements/Qualifications:

5+ years proven experience in office/sales administration or a similar role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of discretion and professionalism

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
