Stellenbeschreibung

Als Tax Senior Manager/in (m/w/d) wirst du in unserem Steuerteam arbeiten. Dein Verantwortungsbereich umfasst alle steuerlichen Angelegenheiten in nationalen und internationalen Projekten in den Geschäftsfeldern Inkubation und Investments, mit einem Fokus auf deutschen Unternehmenssteuern.

Bei Rocket ist kein Tag wie der andere. Die folgenden Aufgaben werden Teil deiner neuen Rolle sein:

  • Beurteilungen von Sachverhalten im Hinblick auf direkte und indirekte Steuern und die Klärung komplexer Anfragen in Bezug auf steuerbilanzielle Themen

  • Steuerliche Beurteilung von Umstrukturierungen im Konzern

  • Koordination mit nationalen und internationalen externen Beratern (Steuerberater, Rechtsanwälte und Wirtschaftsprüfer) 

  • Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Projekte in Bereichen der Tax Compliance

  • Betreuung und Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen sowie Rechtsbehelfsverfahren

  • Unterstützung bei der Jahresabschlusserstellung in den Bereichen der laufenden und latenten Steuern

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Steuern (oder vergleichbar)

  • Bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen

  • 5 Jahre + Berufserfahrung in einer renommierten Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Steuerberatungsgesellschaft oder einer Steuerabteilung eines Unternehmens

  • Gute Ertrag- und Umsatzsteuerliche Kenntnisse 

  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit internationalen Steuerstrukturen, Umstrukturierungen, Liquidationsbesteuerung und / oder Verrechnungspreissystemen 

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, vor allem Excel

  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse vervollständigen dein Profil
