The Role

• Lead and expand the firm's advisory capabilities across equity compensation, share plans, mobility tax, and cross-border reward.
• Act as the primary technical expert for clients ranging from high-growth companies to multinational groups.
• Oversee complex advisory projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless coordination across global teams.
• Mentor and develop a growing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
