Administration Specialist Working Student

Hello 

At Webfleet we're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results oriented Field Service Specialist Working Student in Leipzig to support our Field Service team dedicated to our DACH & Nordics customer base.

What will your role be?  

You will be Reporting directly into the Field Service Team /Mentor in the following activities:

Customer facing activities, such as:

• Coordination of installation planning and ensuring correct data and monitoring progress on installations;

• Coordinate after sales activities for existing customer database, e.g. data care/hygiene;

• Handling (minor) complaints from start to resolution;

• Coordination of installations with our installation partners;

• Point of contact for other departments for installation-related queries.

Process- related activities, such as:

• Creating process-related documentation (process flows + descriptions);

• Identifying and implementing potential process improvements.

Who is this for?  

There is no set path to becoming a Field Service Specialist Working Student at Webfleet, but this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

• Impeccable communication skills: German and English;

• Experience with process documentation (eg. flow charts + process description) + process improvement;

• Strong interest in working in a B2B environment;

• Ideally, some experience in a customer-facing position;

• You are solution-oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude;

• Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment;

• Good computer and administration/organization skills;

• Understanding technical issues is an asset.
