DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Payroll team, providing valuable support in payroll processing and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Assist in basic payroll processing and data entry
  • Help with payroll-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist in preparing standard reports
  • Support the team with various payroll projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or related field
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of payroll concepts
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous internship or working experience in Payroll, HR, Finance, or Accounting
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or other payroll/HR systems
