Für unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche in Deutschland, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Service Reliability Engineer (remote).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Integrität, Resilienz und Qualität der Produktionsplattformen
  • Definition und Überwachung von Service Level Objectives (SLO) sowie deren Einhaltung
  • Analyse und Minimierung von Risiken und Auswirkungen auf den Betrieb
  • Automatisierung von Prozessen zur Reduzierung von Fehlerquellen
  • Schnelle Reaktion bei Vorfällen und Priorisierung von Massnahmen zur Wiederherstellung
  • Entwicklung und Austausch von Wissen innerhalb des Teams
  • Implementierung von Monitoring- und Alarmierungsmechanismen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Skalierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Verwaltung von Sicherheits- und Obsoleszenzthemen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Entwicklung und Produktionssteuerung
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Risiken und Cybersecurity
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit im Team und zur Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Innovationsbereitschaft
  • Technische Expertise in Linux RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und CI/CD Tools wie Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Terraform
  • Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Java, Python, Shell, YAML
  • Monitoring und Logging mit Splunk, ELK, Syslog, Log4j
  • ITSM und Incident Management mit ServiceNow und PagerDuty
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS
  • Methodologien DevOps
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
