For our client in the energy sector, we are seeking a team of Service Engineers () Ref. No /1.Details:
Start: September/October 2025 Utilization: Full-Time Location: Remote, Essen Compensation: up to 80,000 EUR/year Onsite arrangements to be made in consultation with project management.
Project Description:
The project aims to transform the existing offshore service engineering operations into a nearshore model. The current health check revealed that the previous results were suboptimal, thus urgent action is needed to introduce new impulses. Agile methods are applied using a Scrum framework to flexibly respond to changes in a dynamically evolving environment. As a concrete end goal is still being defined, self-organized and adaptable teams are required.
Tasks:Support and implement the transition from an offshore to a nearshore model.Participate in the continuous improvement of existing systems.Plan and implement the new project setup.Assist in optimizing the tech stack.Integrate and secure cybersecurity aspects within the framework of service engineering, as well as implement the Zero Trust Initiative.
Skills:Experience as a Service Engineer with successfully completed projects in service engineering.Strong knowledge and practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum).Solid expertise in Zscaler, M365, and Entra ID.Technical expertise in C# and Python (preferred).Experience in cybersecurity, ideally with implemented projects in a Zero Trust environment.
