Bug Bounty Program Operator - 18-month Leased Labor (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Support the daily operations of the Bug Bounty Program, including vulnerability submission, evaluation, and reward distribution.
  • Participate in the execution of the Bug Bounty Program and assist in optimizing workflows.
  • Take part in organizing security-related meetings, workshops, and other events.

Your areas of expertise

  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience, with a strong interest in information security or Bug Bounty Program operations.
  • Familiarity with Bug Bounty Program workflows and common vulnerability types (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CWE, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively network with security researchers and collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing, with the ability to communicate with international teams or communities.
