Robot Operator

**About the role**:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to operate robotic systems through a simple teleoperation interface. This role involves performing repetitive pick-and-place or object-manipulation tasks to support data collection. No engineering background is required.
This is not an engineering, design, or programming role. No technical development, robotics engineering, or research responsibilities are involved.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Robot Operation

- Operate robotic arms through a guided teleoperation interface.
- Perform repetitive manipulation tasks (e.g., pick-and-place, sorting) as instructed.
- Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality demonstrations.

Task Execution & Quality

- Ensure tasks are completed exactly as instructed to support reliable data collection.
- Adhere to safety and operational rules at all times.

Collaboration & Feedback

- Communicate clearly with supervising team members about any issues in task execution or usability of the interface.
- Provide simple feedback on difficulties or inconsistencies encountered during robot operations.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow straightforward instructions.
- Comfortable operating robotic arms or mechanical systems with guidance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable, patient, and comfortable performing the same types of tasks repeatedly.
- No formal engineering experience required.

**Beneficial Skills**:

- Familiarity with game controllers or other real-time control devices.
- Previous experience with repetitive or routine manual/operational work.
