Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to track project progress, manage resources, and support the overall project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, coordinating tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and stakeholders. You will also assist with project reporting, risk management, and help resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project schedules, tasks, and resources.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
  • Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
  • Tracking project progress and reporting on milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintaining project documentation, including status reports and budgets.
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks and issues to project managers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
