Für unser Unternehmen, welches mit mehr als Mitarbeitern weltweit der größte Hersteller von Klimaanlagen ist, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Project Coordinator / IT Support.

Stellenbeschreibung:

Zur Unterstützung des internen Projektmanagements im Rahmen der Einführung von Microsoft Business Central suchen wir einen engagierten Project Coordinator (m/w/d). Die Rolle kombiniert Projektkoordination im ERP-Umfeld mit operativem IT-Support (Navision).

Aufgaben:

  • Projektkoordination (Business Central):

  • Unterstützung des internen Projektmanagers bei Planung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation

  • Pflege des Projektplans, Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Terminen und Risiken
  • Organisation und Protokollierung von Projektmeetings (Kick-offs, Workshops, Reviews)
  • Vorbereitung von Besprechungsunterlagen und Protokollen
  • Unterstützung bei Testaktivitäten (UAT) und Dokumentation von Fehlern
  • Koordination der Sammlung von Testfällen durch Key User
  • Mitarbeit bei Datenmigration (Kunden-/Lieferantenstammdaten, Preislisten, offene Aufträge)
  • Organisation und Koordination von Schulungen (Agenda, Einladungen, Schulungsmaterialien, Feedback)
  • Überwachung und Pflege der Projekt-Dokumentation auf SharePoint/Teams

  • Sicherstellung der Abstimmung mit Key Usern bei Anforderungsaufnahme, Tests und Schulungen.

  • IT-Support (Navision):

  • Benutzerverwaltung (Anlage, Rechtevergabe, Deaktivierung)

  • Unterstützung der Anwender bei täglichen Buchungs- und Systemfragen
  • Schnittstelle zu externen Navision-Beratern für komplexe Themen und Systemanpassungen
  • Optional: Mitarbeit an BI-Projekten mit QlikView / Qlik Sense
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für operative Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Monitoring der Systemnutzung

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung oder
  • Vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der operativen Projektkoordination.
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe (Finanzen, Einkauf, Vertrieb).
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Teams und SharePoint.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
