, we are looking for a commercially sharp, credible, and self-directed professional to help us grow, selectively and intelligently.
The Mission of This Role
This role exists to build new business through insight, credibility, and judgment
, not activity metrics.
You will identify organisations that truly benefit from premium negotiation training, engage senior decision-makers in meaningful conversations, guide them toward the right programme, and support the journey from first exchange to signed engagement.

You are helping leaders invest in

Core Objectives
- Identify & qualify
organisations, institutions, and business schools that would value RED A's executive negotiation programmes
2. Engage senior stakeholders
(CEOs, CHROs, Heads of Procurement, Sales, Strategy, or L&D) to understand their context and stakes
3. Position the right programme
for the right audience, executive, senior leadership, or professional level
4. Drive deal progression and closing
, in close coordination with Réda Guiri
5. Support training logistics
once an engagement is secured (venue, format, timing)
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Targeting
- Build and maintain a thoughtful, well-researched pipeline of prospective clients (B2B, institutions, business schools, associations, etc)
- Prioritise
quality of opportunity over quantity of outreach
(we prefer fewer, better conversations)
2. Executive-Level Client Engagement
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover
why
a client is seeking negotiation training, and what is at risk if they don't act
- Translate business challenges into tailored training solutions (custom in-company, open programmes, premium hotel formats)
3. Programme Positioning & Deal Structuring
- Recommend the
appropriate format
(2–3 day executive immersion, 1-day focus, half-day leadership sessions, or online)
- Move discussions toward clarity, decision, and commitment, calmly and professionally
4. Closing & Relationship Stewardship
- Act as a trusted commercial partner through final negotiations and contracting
- Ensure a smooth handover into delivery and logistics
5. Operational Support (Light, Strategic)
- Coordinate with RED A on logistics: dates, venue (client site or high-end hotels), group size, and format
- Safeguard a client experience consistent with RED A's premium positioning

- Freelance / independent contractor engagement with exceptional profit share rate
- No tracking of worked hours
- No fixed location requirements
- Complete autonomy over how you organise your work

We are not
looking for a classic business development sales profile.

Commercial Model
- Compensation based on
incremental closed deals - 10–25% of profit share
, depending on volume of business generated

coaching toward training delivery
over time. With additional compensation accordingly.
