Deine Mission

Als Teil des Gründerteams von Team EDDA übernimmst du die technische Gesamtverantwortung für unsere modularen Batteriespeicherlösungen – von der Systemauslegung bis zur Ausführung. Du stellst sicher, dass wir industriell skalierbar, wirtschaftlich wettbewerbsfähig und technisch führend agieren.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

Technisches System-Engineering & Standardisierung

  • Du übernimmst die Auslegung unserer BESS-Systeme: Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Systemlayouts, Komponentenauswahl (Batteriemodule, PCS, Container/Cabinets, BOP) und Schnittstellen.
  • Du analysierst und challengst EPC-Angebote technisch und wirtschaftlich – prüfst technische Vorgaben, Dimensionierung, Lieferketten, Schnittstellen und technische Risiken.
  • Du entwickelst modulare Standarddesigns, die sich an vielfältige Netz- und Standortgegebenheiten adaptieren lassen und reproduzierbar sind.

Lieferanten- & Partnermanagement

  • Du selektierst und evaluierst Lieferanten, Hersteller und EPC-Partner nach technischen, qualitativen und wirtschaftlichen Kriterien.
  • Du führst technische Verhandlungen, bewertest Rahmenverträge und baust strategische Partnerschaften auf, um Skaleneffekte und Kostenvorteile zu sichern.

Bau, Inbetriebnahme & Qualitätssicherung

  • Du begleitest die technische Umsetzung von Bau, Montage und Inbetriebnahme.
  • Du koordinierst Schnittstellen zwischen Herstellern, EPCs, Netzbetreibern und Monitoring/ Betrieb.
  • Du stellst die technische Übergabe und Qualitätssicherung sicher, damit unsere Anlagen reibungslos in Betrieb gehen.

Strategie, Roadmap & Produktentwicklung

  • Du verantwortest die technische Roadmap – insbesondere neue Zell-/Modultechnologien, Steuerungs-/Monitoringplattformen, Sicherheit (Fire Safety) und Systemarchitekturen.
  • Du erarbeitest Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen, bewertest Lieferketten-Risiken und leitest technische Innovationsfelder ab.

Projektentwicklung (Nice-to-have)

  • Technische Unterstützung in Themen wie Netzanschlussanfrage, Standortbewertung, Baugenehmigung und "Ready-to-Build".
  • Ideal: Erfahrung im Genehmigungsprozess oder mit Netzbetreibern – aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung.

Teamaufbau & Mitgründerrolle

  • Du baust das technische Team mit auf (Werkstudierende, Ingenieur:innen) und stehst als technische Leitung im Zentrum.
  • Du bist nicht nur Führungskraft, sondern Teil des unternehmerischen Kernteams – mit Mitspracherecht und Beteiligungsperspektive.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Anlagen-/Systemengineering im Umfeld von Batteriespeichern, EPC oder Energiesystemen.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Systemauslegung, SLDs, Hardware-Komponentenwahl, Integration und technischer Koordination.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Normen, Schnittstellen, Netzbezug, Sicherheit und Performanceanforderungen im BESS-Umfeld.
  • Unternehmerisches Mindset, Eigenverantwortung, Pragmatismus und der Wunsch, etwas von Grund auf mit aufzubauen.
  • Nice to have:
    Erfahrung in Projektentwicklung, Genehmigungsverfahren oder Netzanschlussprozessen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
